About this release

“WARNING” is one of the darkest, heaviest, and most aggressive songs I’ve released. The inspiration comes from seeing every red flag, knowing where something could lead, and still being drawn toward it. It’s a warning to someone about getting involved with me, but at the same time, it’s a warning to myself—about attraction, temptation, consequences, and knowing when you’re playing with fire. Musically, “WARNING” represents where I’m taking my sound: **Black Dirt Country Rock**—country storytelling colliding with Southern Rock, Alt-Country, Alternative Rock, and a harder rock edge. I wanted big guitars, a powerful rhythm section, and vocals that felt raw, gritty, and unapologetic. I co-produced the track with Nashville producer **Kenny Royster**, who also mixed and mastered it. The recording features **Adam Shoenfeld** on electric guitar, **John Willis** on acoustic, **Dave Francis** on bass, **Nick Buda** on drums, and **Michael Rojas** on piano. Released September 18, 2026, our strategy has been to push “WARNING” beyond traditional country—targeting country rock, Southern rock, alt-country, alternative rock, radio, playlists, curators, and international audiences. The mood is dark, dangerous, seductive, and defiant. RAG Talent called it one of my harder-hitting tracks and praised its heavy guitars, anthemic energy, and Southern character. Audiartist highlighted the emotional conflict of recognizing danger but still being unable to walk away.
