About this release

“Almost Gave Up” is deeply personal to me. It tells the story of surviving an abusive relationship, losing myself in the process, and fighting through the pain, pressure, and struggles that came after. There were moments when I truly felt like giving up, but God gave me the strength to keep going. This song is my testimony that your past doesn’t define you, your pain doesn’t have to be your ending, and God can turn your hardest seasons into purpose.
